A Life coach is a wellness professional who can help individuals enhance their lives with more fulfillment and purpose whether in be in relationships, careers or everyday lives.
I aim to help enrich and transform the lives of women who face struggles in self-esteem, limiting beliefs, emotional exhaustion and overwhelm. Let’s face it, we all have busy lives and multiple roles of being who we are as a wife, mom, sister, daughter, friend and professional. On top of that we may have multiple responsibilities with house chores, cooking, cleaning, looking after the kids and paying our bills and working. With burnout, or lack of fulfillment we cannot be the best version of ourselves that we need to be, so the benefits of coaching can serve us well.
I offer support to all women of all cultures and moms, from fertility issues, or being pregnant to the transition of becoming a mom, motherhood job changes, financial burden, love and relationships, or single parenting.
Every woman brings their unique story, so it depends entirely on you and your goals. However keep in mind that there is no quick fix, progression takes time, so be patient with yourself.
Feeling more functional in handling everyday life and limiting beliefs, developing more self-awareness and managing life pressures, harmonizing emotions, blocked creativity and living life with more purpose, joy and empowerment.
